Services may be offered as one-time projects, recurring subscriptions, or custom contractual engagements. All deliverables, timelines, and specifications are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.
  • Ensure lawful use of any materials supplied to VERALIS.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations.
  • Make payments according to agreed schedules.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for services is detailed in official proposals or contracts. All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Late payments may incur interest charges of up to 5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. VERALIS reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:

  • Custom or strategic consulting services are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Subscription services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Prepaid unused services may be partially refunded at VERALIS’ discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERALIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

VERALIS may terminate or suspend access to services immediately in the event of breach of these Terms. Clients may terminate service agreements in accordance with contract terms. Obligations relating to confidentiality, payments due, and intellectual property survive termination.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Milan, Italy.
